Want to manage your alcohol and drug use during COVID-19?
In Aotearoa, we're living with COVID-19 in the community once again. Here's how to manage your alcohol and drug use during this time.
Remember:
- Focus on what you can do – you don’t have to be perfect right now.
- Stay connected with people who care about you.
- Alcohol and other drug support services are still available.
- Be careful with hygiene – wash hands and don’t share equipment. Where you use, what you use, and what you use with all need to be clean.
While COVID-19 Alert Levels 2 and 3 are in place, consider changing how you use alcohol and other drugs. During these times, your use can impact you and those around you more than usual.
