Snorting drugs can you leave you with chemicals stuck in your nose that you may not be too keen on.

Follow these steps to rinse out your sinuses and get rid of things that can cause irritation.

1. Boil water to sterilize it and wait for it to cool down.

2. Make a saline solution. You can make your own by adding 1 teaspoon of salt to 2 cups of the boiled water after it has cooled.

3. Stand over a sink and use a squeeze bottle, syringe or neti pot to pour the saline solution into one nostril. Let it flow out the other nostril. Repeat this on the other side.

4. Gently blow your nose and enjoy that fresh hit of oxygen.
