There are many services out there that support people to cut down or quit. Whether you want a place you can live in for a while, or someone you can see out in the community once a week, there are many options available.

This page has explored many of the approaches that you can do on your own and start right away. But there is more out there. See our Support options page to explore different ways services can help you in your journey.

Above all, be kind to yourself. Change happens one step at a time, and every step counts, no matter how small.
