Talking with others can help you get a different perspective on how things are going.

It can also help you explore what is happening in your life. Find someone you trust who won’t judge you for using drugs. This could be a partner, parent, friend or other family member. It could also include things like mutual-aid/support groups, where people can both access and provide help for one another based on their experiences.

Stay in contact with supportive people and remember it’s okay to ask for help.
